What Service you are using for shipping?

We ship all orders using different services of Canada Post.

Where are products shipped from?

All products are shipped from Vancouver, BC, Canada

Do you ship to my country?

Please first create an account by going to "My Account → Register". During the signup process we will ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order within 2 days after we receive payment from you.

Note: For international customers - you are responsible for all taxes, duties and additional costs that maybe applied based on your country's laws. For delivery time frames check the website of the shipping company you selected.

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may check the "My Account → Order History" and View the appropriate order to track its status. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. Note: Tracking information is only available with some of the services like Expresspost or Priority Currier. If you receive tracking number you can track your order here.
